Members can check the status of a claim by logging into the Members Portal and viewing their past provider visits.

Our Accounting Department will be happy to assist you with any questions you related to billing.
Does CEC have a provider network?
Yes, CEC has a robust network of independent optometrists, ophthalmologists and optical stores as well as the largest network of retail optical chains in the industry.
How do I find a provider in your network?
Simply visit our Find a Provider page. You can search by zip code, city and state, doctor’s name and practice name.
Do you offer comprehensive plans, eyewear only plans, exam only plans, self-funded plans and employer-paid plans?

Is there a minimum level of enrollment?
CEC requires that all new groups have at least 10 eligible employees to receive a proposal. There is not a minimum requirement for total number of lives enrolled or for existing groups.
