Managing Your Client's CEC Plan is Simple

We understand that managing your client's portfolio can be time-consuming. That's why we designed our vision plans to be easy to administer. With online resources and materials, you'll find everything you need to efficiently oversee your client's CEC plan.

Employer Portal

CEC's Employer Portal gives HR users access to update member data (including the ability to enroll, change and terminate members and dependents), to view the monthly invoice, and to update the client's demographic data. Users can also print temporary Member ID cards, request a permanent Member ID card, and check member eligibility and enrollment data via the Employer Portal.

Contacting CEC

At CEC, we're all about simplicity. Please use the following contact information to more efficiently assist with anything you need.

  • Invoices: Questions about an invoice, requesting a copy of an invoice, invoice discrepancies, contact invoices@cecvision.com. Click here to be added to our monthly invoice reminder email.
  • Enrollment: Member updates including adding a member, terminating a member, changing a name or address, or other questions about member enrollment, contact ect@cecvision.com.
  • Employer Portal: Password resets, assistance with being locked out, updating a user, or adding a user, contact passwords@cecvision.com.
  • Out-of-Network Claims: Questions about an out-of-network claim that has been submitted, contact oon@cecvision.com.
  • Other Question or Requests: Contact clientrelations@cecvision.com.

Note that you can do many of these things, including requesting a member ID card, through our Employer Portal.
